- uploaded files, spreadsheets, and operational records;
- inventory, item, location, supplier, customer, forecast, replenishment, order, planning, and transaction-related data;
- API credentials, tokens, or integration settings provided by the customer; and
- information customers choose to submit, upload, sync, or otherwise make available through the Services.
In many cases, this data is provided to us by or on behalf of our business customers, and we process it on their behalf in connection with providing the Services.

Shopify Integration Data
If you connect a Shopify store to ForecastWorx, we may collect and process information made available through Shopify and authorized by the applicable merchant or account owner. This information may include store identifiers, store metadata, product information, inventory information, order information, customer information, location information, fulfillment information, pricing information, and other operational or commercial data necessary to provide, maintain, support, and improve the Services. We may use Shopify-connected data in connection with forecasting, demand planning, replenishment planning, reporting, analytics, integrations, implementation, and customer support. We retain Shopify-connected data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain appropriate backup and security practices, and support legitimate business operations, unless a different retention period is required by applicable law or contract. If you are a Shopify merchant or store representative and have questions about how ForecastWorx handles Shopify-related data, or if you would like to request access to, correction of, or deletion of applicable personal information, you may contact us at legal@forecastworx.ai. Where ForecastWorx processes Shopify-related data on behalf of a merchant, customer, or account owner, we may require verification and may direct certain requests to the appropriate account owner or administrator.
