At ForecastWorx, we are committed to protecting customer data and maintaining transparent privacy, security, and data handling practices. This Trust Center provides customers, prospects, and partners with information about how we handle personal data, support compliance obligations, and work with third-party service providers in connection with the ForecastWorx platform.
ForecastWorx is operated by InventoryWorx Software LLC d/b/a ForecastWorx.
ForecastWorx's handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Data Processing Addendum.
ForecastWorx processes customer personal data only as necessary to provide, maintain, support, secure, and improve the services, as further described in applicable customer agreements and our Data Processing Addendum.
ForecastWorx provides separate legal terms for public website use and for use of the ForecastWorx software platform.
ForecastWorx maintains administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect customer data against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include controls such as access management, authentication controls, encryption in transit, encryption at rest where supported, logging and monitoring, vulnerability management, backup and recovery controls, incident response procedures, and vendor oversight.
ForecastWorx also requires subprocessors that access or process customer personal data on ForecastWorx's behalf to be bound by written confidentiality, security, and data protection obligations appropriate to the services they provide.
ForecastWorx uses certain third-party service providers to support hosting, infrastructure, security, AI functionality, and transactional communications. These providers may process customer personal data on ForecastWorx's behalf in connection with the delivery of the ForecastWorx services.
